La Tercia Village near Sucina and Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort  

A very nice fully furnished three bedroom, two bathroom semi-detached house situated in the attractive village of La Tercia near Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort and Sucina. The village has a social centre, small supermarket, bars, tobacconist, pharmacy, doctors, hairdresser and a restaurant. The new airport at Corvera is only a 20-25 minute drive and it is a similar distance to the beaches of the Mar Menor. The village has an established expat community and the Spanish residents and north Europeans get on together very well.

The accommodation comprises of –

Ground floor - The living/dining area is light and airy and has air con/heating and lovely furnishings. The property has a fully fitted kitchen with top quality appliances. There is a 3rd bedroom and a bathroom with a walk in shower. There are fitted grills on all windows as well as fly screens on the windows.

1st floor -  two good size double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a fully tiled bathroom with bath (and overhead shower). Outside both upstairs bedrooms there is a terrace.

Roof top solarium – There is a large terrace for serious sunbathing and also breath-taking views of the mountain range and the local Murcian countryside.

Outside - There is off road parking on the driveway and the whole tiled garden area is fully enclosed with a single pedestrian iron gate and a double gate to the parking area. Nearby there is a communal swimming pool for you to use.

Prime location in the village close to bars, restaurants, supermarket etc. Only a 20-25 min drive from the lovely beaches of the Mar Menor with its attractive promenades and main supermarkets, shops etc. 

The area is also a Mecca for golfers with half a dozen top class courses within a 15 minute drive. The local town of Sucina only 7 minutes away has supermarkets, doctors, restaurants, bars and schools.

There are primary and secondary schools nearby and there is a great community feel. El Algar has a great market, which stretches down the main street on Fridays.

El Algar is well placed for the airport at Corvera and the beaches of the famous Mar Menor are only a few minutes drive from the villa. All in all this is an ideal location for a family or couple looking to live in a typical Spanish town.

Amazing golf course, golf clubhouse and restaurant plus 24 hour security. A 20 minute walk into Los Alcazares or a 5 minute walk to Roda village where there are bars, restaurants and a supermarket..
